Shop Policies

Until further notice, we are only able to accept online orders via credit card (MasterCard or VISA). Our apologies for this inconvenience. Please take care when entering your information online. Check for accuracy before submitting. Any errors will cause delays or possible loss of your order for which Camel Productions cannot be held liable nor responsible.

Return/Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. All items are packed in protective envelopes. If merchandise is found to be defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives. All claims MUST be made within 30 days of your order date. We do not give refunds. Camel Productions will replace defective products but we may ask that you pay an additional charge to register and insure the replacement package.

Please do not return any items without prior authorization.

Third Party Deliveries

Camel Productions will not be held liable for packages delivered to any address other than that of the cardholder. If you designate a shipping address of a courier service, a friend, your workplace, etc., you must agree to accept the risk for non-delivery.

Payment Options

We accept VISA or Mastercard credit cards.

We are temporarily unable to accept checks and/or money orders. VISA and MasterCard are the only payment methods available at this time.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is as secure as it can possibly be.
